I‘ve been attending Michelle’s yoga classes for 3 years now. I remember the first class I went along to. I was made so welcome by Michelle and by the rest of the class, there was no doubt I’d be returning the next week. Michelle is incredibly friendly and welcoming, inspiring, supportive and reassuring. I appreciate so much that she is a friend as well as a teacher to me. Whether a class is large or small, Michelle will tailor it to ensure it suits everyone, and will always offer alternatives to positions which she feels might be problematic for some attendees. If she’s aware that you have specific health issues or complaints (I suffer from IBS and have a bad back), she will include exercises to help these. The emphasis on every class is the importance of going only at a speed and to a level which suits your individual body, and no further.
I love the flexibility of the ‘drop-in’ system – being able to confirm week to week that I am coming to class rather than having to plan further ahead in order to book in advance. I would recommend Michelle’s classes to everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, come join us!
